Project Description

El Seif Hyundai Joint Venture has been successfully awarded by Saudi Aramco the Design & Construction contract of the Sport Hall and Athletic Stadium in Jeddah.

The contract included full design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, fit-out works, finishing, electromechanical works and testing & commissioning.

Scope consisted of an international event standards indoor air-conditioned sports hall with a capacity of 10,000 spectators. Project also included a 1,000 spectators’ capacity athletic stadium supporting full range of track and field events.

JV was also in charge of all infrastructure works including potable and irrigation water supply, fire water supply, chilled water supply, surface water drainage, foul water drainage, MV electrical supply, LV electrical distribution, ELV services, utilities, earthworks, roads, car parks, hard and soft landscaping, fencing, external works as well as all relevant site development and infrastructure works.
