Samba Headquarters Tower (KAFD)

Project Description

El Seif Engineering Contracting has executed this landmark tower in King Abdullah Financial District in
Riyadh.

The project is comprised of 40-storey building with 232 meters high in addition to (3) basement floors and
(5) levels of separate podium.

The podium levels will house the banking operations, retail, canteen, offices, gym, and VIP reception area. The tower comprises administrative offices for executives, offices for technical employees, and
administration offices.

Contract included the engineering, procurement and construction of the tower with all site development and
earthworks, concrete and structural elements, electrical and mechanical installations, plumbing,
architectural, interior and exterior finishing, equipment fixing and testing & commissioning.
