El Seif Successfully Completes and Hands Over Qiddiya Aquarabia Water Theme Park

Riyadh, KSA, 23 April 2026 – El Seif Engineering Contracting Company has successfully completed and handed over Qiddiya Aquarabia Water Theme Park (QWTP), Saudi Arabia’s first and the region’s largest water theme park. Delivered through a joint venture between El Seif and ALEC, the landmark project represents one of the key entertainment attractions within Qiddiya City.

Located west of Riyadh, Aquarabia spans approximately 252,000 square meters and comprises 11 distinct zones: Area Development, Back of House (BOH), Arrivals Gate, Camel Rock, Dhub Grotto, Wave Wadi, The Den, Surf Lagoon, Viper Canyon, Arabian Peak and Herding Ground.

The park features a diverse range of innovative water-based and entertainment attractions, including a man-made mountain, lazy river and surfing pool, alongside a variety of experiences designed to create a distinctive and immersive destination for visitors.

The project was awarded in February 2022 with a total contract value of SAR 2.8 billion, marking a significant milestone in the development of Qiddiya’s Parks & Attractions offering.

The successful completion and handover of Aquarabia further demonstrates El Seif’s capabilities in delivering complex, large-scale developments and reinforces its contribution to the Kingdom’s transformation into a global destination for entertainment, sports and culture, in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
