El Seif Awarded Contract for Exclusive Viewing Lounge at Qiddiya Speed Park

Riyadh, KSA, 28 January 2026 – El Seif Engineering Contracting Company has been awarded the contract to deliver the Exclusive Viewing Lounge at Qiddiya’s Speed Park, further expanding the Company’s role in the development of one of the Kingdom’s major future sports and entertainment destinations.

Valued at approximately SAR 1 billion, the contract covers the construction of a four-story Exclusive Viewing Lounge featuring premium hospitality facilities, spectator areas, guest amenities and back-of-house service spaces.

The project forms part of Qiddiya’s Speed Park, a landmark development centered around a race circuit designed to host major international motorsport events, including Formula 1 and MotoGP, and a key component of Qiddiya’s wider sports and entertainment offering.

The award further strengthens El Seif’s growing portfolio at Qiddiya, where the Company is also jointly delivering the Speed Park Buildings package through a joint venture with ALEC. It further reinforces El Seif’s contribution to major developments shaping the future of sports, entertainment and tourism in Saudi Arabia.
