The main purpose of the Manager - QA/QC (Project) job is to ensure compliance with set quality policies and
Manage the development of KSA national employees across the function within the project to support
corporate objectives, Saudization targets and lead the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal
building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance.
Manage and conduct the affairs of the team with the highest standards of respect, integrity,
accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance.
Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s
employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices.
Enhance adoption and utilization of systems and ERP.
Track KPIs for the QA/QC team and devise plans and initiatives for improvement.
Lead the day-to-day responsibilities of the project QA/QC team in accordance with the Company’s policies
and procedures and meeting the approved budget.
Manage the responsibility for all QA/QC activities within the assigned project.
Support the Corporate QA/QC Manager in analyzing and monitoring the performance of project QA/QC
team against schedule and reflect in monthly and quarterly project review meetings.
Ensure QA/QC deliverables schedule is updated based on identified project risks and mitigation plans.
Support in maintaining the company’s quality certifications.
Ensure QA/QC policy is put in place to minimize hazards.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC legislation, regulations, rules, standards, and requirements.
Advise management on the effectiveness of the implementation of QA/QC program.
Work with all divisions to ensure that any major issues are identified and addressed, including issues
raised by clients in these regards.
Coordinate with all parties for the execution of periodic audits related to QA/QC.
Manage the development of the company’s expertise, know-how, controls and capabilities in quality
Provide support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports: staff and managers
Manage the responsibility for the maintenance and effectiveness of the Project’s Quality System, and
support the Quality and Project teams in selecting, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities and
initiating continuous improvement.
Audit, maintain, and improve ESEC’s Quality Management System on project sites.
Ensure Quality requirements, specifications, standards, and processes are complied.
Ensure Quality Management Plan, ITP, Check lists, and Project Procedures are as required by the client’s
QMS and procedures
Support the initiation and execution of "Lessons Learned" through assessments.
Supervise the assigned site QA team, and ensure that they are aware of the standards and procedures.
Reports the quality status based on determined KPI's as per the defined frequency.
Monitor and inspect all activities related to project quality.
Conduct seminars & in-house quality awareness trainings.
Intellectual Property of ESEC
Ensure proper document control, records retention, and archives.
Pay close attention to the supply chain.
